Buddha
Buddha is the fourth most influential person in the world. Buddha is very important in two major ways. first, Buddha is important because he taught people about the one path to salvation. Siddhartha Gautama lived a royal life and was son of an Indian warrior king. one day he wondered into the world for understanding. he encountered the outside world were he saw illness, oldness, and death. after that experience of those three things, it convinced him that there was suffering after existence. He wanted to seek spiritual fulfillment after his experience . Siddhartha reached enlightenment through meditation and guidance and after that he was now called the Buddha which means enlightened one. He wanted to teach people about the road to salvation. second, he developed Buddhism which was the most widespread religion in India. When Buddha died, the people he taught wanted to share his teachings. Buddhists believe in karma. to receive good karma you must preform positive acts which involves your absence of bad acts. in return happiness comes to you during life. Buddha's teachings are still practiced today. given those two points, there are two major ways that Buddha is important and influential.
